1. I am 13 years of age or older
  2. I have a legal copy of Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2002, Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight, or Flight Simulator X.
  3. I have a valid email address
  4. I understand that to retain my membership status I must fly at least one preapproved Lakefront flight every 30 days.  I If I do not fly a flight in 30 days, I understand that my membership can and will be terminated without notice.
  5. I understand that I must complete and submit a flight form for my initial flight with Lakefront Air within 14 days of acceptance.  If I do not fly a flight within 30 days of acceptance, I understand that my membership can and will be terminated without notice.
  6. I understand that if any part of the application is completed incorrectly that my application will automatically be rejected.
  7. I understand that Lakefront Air reserves the right to accept or rejected transferred hours from other virtual airlines.
  8. I agree to conduct myself professionally and treat Lakefront Air staff and members with the professional courtesy at all times.  If I am seen not conducting myself professionally, I understand that my membership can and will be terminated without notice.
  9. I certify that all the information contained in my pilot application is true and complete. I also agree that falsifying any information on my application will result in the automatic rejection of my application.
  10. Lakefront Air reserves the right to reject or accept any applicant.
